    Ingredients for a 6-inch round chiffon cake:

    3 fresh eggs, separated (at least medium size)
    Milk 40g
    Sunflower oil 35g (or any other flavourless oil)
    Sugar 60g
    Corn starch 5g
    Plain cake flour or Self-raising cake flour 50g

    Bake at 160 degrees (pre-heated) for 35-45 minutes.

    Note that the baking time may vary depending on different shapes of the cake. For example, cake slice should take less time than a round cake to bake.
