    Our biodegradable corn-based knives, are made from corn starch residues, no actual food or corn is used in the product or in the manufacturing process. Cornstarch knives are as strong as plastic knives, and resist temperatures of up to 145 C / 300 F.

    The biodegradable knives will biodegrade in 180-360 days in a compost pile.
