Beer Cheese Dip! (with bacon)



Recipe!

Use a 6 inch cast iron pan (spray with oil)

In a bowl put …
4 oz. cream cheese (soften)
3/4 cup shredded chedder
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. chili sauce
Blend… (plug in the mixer first)
add 1/4 cup beer … blend and pour into
your 6 inch cast iron pan… Bake at 350 degrees
until golden brown (about 25 minutes)
Serve warm with pretzels …

A touch of garlic powder and jalapenos …. optional
