Fish Ball Sauce

This fishball sauce is excellent for fishballs, meatballs, tempura, kikiam, squidballs, and any other streetfoods that you love to enjoy for snacks or for merienda.

Fish Ball Sauce Ingredients:

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3/4 cup white sugar
2/3 cup of water

How To Make Fish Ball Sauce:

1. In a saucepan, add the soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, and water. Give this a quick stir.
2. Add the sugar and cornstarch. Stir well until cornstarch is dissolved.
2. Continue stirring until the sauce thickens.

Transfer to a bowl and let it cool before serving with your favorite fish ball snack.
